Thermography, also known as thermal imagery, is a measurement technique using a thermal camera to detect differences in infrared radiation. It allows us to detect entrained moisture within building envelopes quickly. A map is provided that highlights areas of entrained moisture, providing information that greatly informs us about the true extent of damage, often hidden behind exposed surfaces. Orlo’s team of drone pilots are certified thermographers, meaning we are trained to operate these systems and interpret their results.

LiDAR (light imaging detection and ranging) is a technology that produces a 3D model of whatever it sees. Orlo’s fleet of drones includes a LiDAR drone. Orlo can fly this drone wherever required and produce a model of inside areas, outside areas, or overall building geometry.
